Should I make a reservation?
Since sizes available change constantly, we recommend calling or stopping by our office in advance to check on what is available and make a reservation.
What do I need to rent a unit?

Do you charge a deposit or administration fees?
No, we do not charge a deposit or administration fees when you rent a unit.
Do you have any specials?
Pay for 12 months and get the 13th month free (12 months must be paid in 1 payment).
Do I have to sign a lease?

After you move in, rent is always due on the 1st of the month.
When do late fees get charged and how much are they?
We offer a grace period through the 7th of the month. A $10 late fee is charged on the 8th of the month.
Are there any other late or lien fees?
If rent is still unpaid on the 22nd of the month, a $10 pre-lien fee is charged. If rent is still unpaid 2 weeks later (usually 5th or 6th), a lien is put on the unit and a $25 lien fee is charged. Also, as long as rent is unpaid, a $10 late fee will be charged each month.
